Sink & Spout Celebrates National Recognition as Showroom of the Year

What a way to celebrate the first anniversary of our Sink & Spout showrooms! Just one year after The Granite Group rebranded its 15 New England showrooms (changing their name from The Ultimate Bath Store, their moniker since 1986, to Sink & Spout) we received word that The Wholesaler magazine had chosen Sink & Spout as its Showroom of the Year. The magazine is the national voice of PHCC, representing the plumbing, heating and cooling contractors across the country and each year it sets out to highlight showroom excellence by showcasing an industry standout: a showroom that elevates the customer experience while displaying the elegance of products designed for purpose and style. Editor Ruth Mitchell did a deep dive into Sink & Spout, commenting that “This New England showroom is a pillar of excellence in customer service and standards.

Impressed with Sink & Spout’s newly remodeled 5,600-square-foot Lowell, Massachusetts showroom, the magazine used this location to enumerate all that Sink & Spout is now offering homeowners, architects, designers and contractors in 16 locations across the region. Shortly after the award was announced, Sink & Spout opened its 16th location in Portsmouth, using much of the same philosophy that inspired the spotlight on Lowell.

- A customer-centric philosophy that focuses on the art of listening, which puts the customer at ease and helping them through the often-confusing process of selecting just the right products for their home.
